The place was well stocked and the staff were helpful at the front desk. I loved the shuttle there to get back and forth to the hill. Only knock is the building can be a maze.

Fabulous & Cozy. We are a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and were very comfortable with the space and layout. Place was as described and clean! Pool & Hot tubs are huge and well maintained. Shuttle service with aned. pp made getting around very quick and easy. Lots of dishes and utensils and bathrooms are stocked with towels, pump hand soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner/body wash which is super helpful! Would definitely book again! Note: this unit is only accessible via stairs.

Echoing the many prior reviews. This is a super clean unit, comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. Strangely, I would state the unit is a good value for Vail standards. We would definitely rebook. Suprising benefits were the coffee machine and the high water pressure in the unit. We did use the Sauna, steam room and hot tub. All exceed expectations.

Had a great time. The condo is extremely well equipped, spacious and comfortable, the hosts were very responsive. The shuttle to the slopes is very convenient, pool and hot tub are nice.

The owner and property manager (Laureen) are some of the best people I have dealt with on Airbnb or any travel platform for that matter. They proactively reached out to see if our family wanted to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund due to the heavy natural avalanche activity along Vail Pass and the I- 70 Tenmile Range corridor during the week preceding our stay. Their offer was genuinely shocking. In my experience, Airbnb owners for the most part are very inflexible regarding refunds and cancellations let alone initiate the conversation. Their offer was gracious and appreciated. Highly recommend, great people to work with and a great property/location (we have stayed there a few times).

This place was just like described. Beautiful meadow in the back, serene, clean and stylish. We felt right at home. Easy access to downtown Vail, and close to amenities. Perfect place to unwind. Would absolutely book again. Mahalo.

This condo in Timberfalls was great. Described accurately. The beds were comfortable. The view was very nice. It is a second floor unit in a three floor building. I hope to come again.

This quaint little condo was in a great location. Easy shuttle into town. Had everything we needed.

The condo is fantastic! Even nicer and more comfortable than we expected. The location is perfect: super close to Vail Village, but a world apart in the wooded quiet of East Vail. Being able to sit on the deck above the roaring creek was wonderful. The house has lots of nice touches and is very comfortable. Laureen is a great host: friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. The Vail Racquet Club is just a few minutes walk away, and a nice park and some great hiking trails (waterfalls! wildflowers! epic views!) are just a couple minutes farther. Overall, our expectations were met and exceeded!

Amazing condo directly on the river. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and utensil you need. Laureen was a great host - responded immediately with any questions we had and had wonderful suggestions for activities. Highly recommend this condo for a wonderful Vail summer!

The condo was super clean and there were so many little touches, like the chocolates and spare toiletries in case renters forgot anything. Fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, which was awesome. We bought toilet paper and paper towels thinking we'd go through the usual stock left but there was plenty there for us and we left what we bought for the next. Hand soap, dish soap, lotion, cleaners all fully stocked for us too. Great location; the bus stop was just outside the parking lot. The deck was large, which would be great for sitting outside in warmer weather, and the creek right out back was so serene. The massage chair was an unexpected pleasant surprise.

We will definitely stay here again. Easy access to the bus to get to Vail, comfy place, love the jacuzzi tub!

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy condo, perfect for 2 people. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly. Condo is a perfect distance from Vail Village. Bus stop (Clubhouse) was just about a 2 minute walk away (maybe 5-10 minutes in ski boots and gear). Golfcourse bus route gets you to Vail Village within ~10 minutes. We rented skis/equipment from Vista Bahn and never had to trudge in boots or carry gear. Laureen is very helpful, always responsive. We absolutely loved our first time in Vail! Thank you.

I had the best birthday here with my friend! The space was beyond cozy & we especially loved the candle lit fire place with views of the mountains while it snowed. Perfect vacation! Would definitely recommend to all!

Clean, cute and cozy. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Easy drive to Ford amphitheater and Vail Village or use the shuttle that stopped right out front. The golf course across the street had awesome views and food. Nice place to stay.

This place does not disappoint. It is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The location is an easy walk to the village. The bus stop is right across the street.

Great place to accommodate several couples staying for a weekend in Vail. Clean, comfortable, and convenient location. Just a short walk, bus/bike ride, or Uber to all that Vail offers. Fast and friendly communication.

Laureen’s place is amazing, much better than photos. The Kitchen has everything you need for an amazing cooking, the living room is really cozy, and it has a little terrace where you can enjoy the view. The main room is espectacular with a lot of privacy, the other two rooms are really confortable, nice beds, that is something you ask after a long ski day. The location is 5 minutes from lionshead, and 3 minutes away from súperMarket and liquor store We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

This condo was perfect for our family trip to Vail. Very comfortable and so easy to access the bus. Had everything we needed plus more.

Cute little condo was perfect size for our 4 person family to enjoy world class skiing and riding over the Christmas holiday week. The condo had all the amenities needed for a stress free and enjoyable stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and was easy to prepare all our meals with the required tools and such. Lots of games and tv streaming options for downtime in the evenings.

Great location with a bus stop at your door. Corner unit is nice and bright with creek views off the deck. Master bath is a nice and private space. Guest bath is off the kitchen, but a second, updated full bath like this makes getting a group ready for dinner much easier. Fireplace is a plus in winter. Kitchen is very useable and well appointed. Things like olive oil, detergent, some spices available make the stay more smooth. From French press to Keurig, you’re covered on coffee. Sims market is just a few minutes away when needed.
